I wish I’d made friends with the people in Gardenvision at company parties - then I could go over and explain to them what I’ve noticed: the Rangers have a much better record when they play the “New York City Speed” montage than when they do not. Alas, I am not terribly social. All I can do is hope that they play it and post the song here as support.
The video above features the song, but is (obviously) not the NYR montage. Still, it is fantastic. I love a dance line.
So yes, “New York City Speed” is a song by Kill Hannah. Coincidentally, KH singer Mat Devine writes a (wildly entertaining) blog for Fuse.tv. Read it. And let’s go Rangers.
we are on time to say goodnight
I’m late to the game, and probably not the target audience, but this old Kill Hannah song, “Goodnight, Goodbye,” is my favorite right now. So good.
I was not familiar with the band’s music (just killer logo art) until I was introduced to them at work. Now I can’t get enough. I also highly recommend frontman Mat Devine’s blog for supreme entertainment.
That is all.
